ArborScape uses EnviroTree Plant Food. It is a patented complete, acidic, water-soluable, living, readily available organic plant food for trees/shrubs. It is specifically made for the Rocky Mountain West. It was developed by an organic chemist to supply the perfect mix of nutrients, minerals, beneficial bacteria and enzymes, so plants can reach their potential in growth, ornamental display, and resistance from insects and disease. It is acidic in content and is the perfect buffer for plants that won't prosper in alkalline environment, such as evergreens, maples and apens.
Georgia-Pacific uses this plant food in their pine forests to produce pulp for their paper mills. They achieve 18% faster growth, but more importantly, have reduced their pesticide use by 70%. Their trees are better able to provide their own natural defenses against insects and disease when they are fed EnviroTree. You can achieve the same results in your landscape with the added benefits of more blossoming, stronger branching, better Fall color, and more vigorous growth.
EnviroTree Plant Food is applied by spraying it directly on the bark from 3' high downward to the soil level. Because it is water soluable, it can be aborbed through the bark directly in the the vascular system of the tree where water and nutrients flow. Each time the bark has moisture from rainfall or irrigation, it releases more EnviroTree. EnviroTree is remarkable in reversing premature yellowing of the leaves due to chlorosis and the accompanying winter die-back.
